Currently, we only collect email addresses through our "notify me at launch" form on the main page.

Why We Collect It

We collect your email address solely to notify you when the NEXO platform launches. We will not use your email for any other purpose.

Where It's Stored

Email addresses submitted through this form are processed and stored by Netlify, our website hosting provider, via their built-in form-submission service. Netlify is operated by Netlify, Inc., headquartered in the United States. We export and import these addresses into a Canadian-hosted email service before sending the launch notification.

How Long We Keep It

We will retain your email address until the platform launches plus 12 months, or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first.

Your Rights Under PIPEDA

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we have about you
• Request correction of any inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information at any time, including before the launch notification is sent
• Withdraw consent and be removed from our notification list by emailing us
